What is your return/replacement policy?
If you received a defective product or the product just wasn't for you, please email us and we will help you take care of the problem.
To get the fastest result, please include the following details:
- The product you purchased and the problem you are having.
- If you would like a replacement, include your Order ID and the shipping address for the replacement.
- If you would like a refund please include your Order ID.
- If you need a spare part because the part was missing or broke, please let us know which piece you need and your shipping address.
I have a question about using the product I purchased, where do I go?
