Basic Whole Wheat 2-lb Loaf
- 2 cups water
- 2 2⁄3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 2⁄3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 2⁄3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄3 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons gluten
- 5 cups wheat bread flour
- 3 teaspoons active try yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, milk, molasses, melted butter, honey and salt. On top add bread flour and gluten, make a small well in the flour and add the yeast. Choose the whole wheat cycle (3), 2 lb. Loaf, crust preference on the machine and press start. When finished, remove from pan, allow to cool and slice with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
