Kuissential Recipes
Corn Bread 1.5-lb Loaf

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup milk
  • 13 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 18 cup corn meal
  • 1 18 cups All purpose flour
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

In a small bowl whisk together eggs, milk and butter, pour into bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine. Add flour, baking powder, corn meal and sugar. Select cake cycle (10) , 2 lb. Loaf and light crust, press start. Scrape sides with a rubber spatula if any flour or batter is stuck to it, watching for the kneading blade. Allow to bake as normal. When done remove from pan, allowing to cool.

Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
