Cranberry Sauce
**Note: When making jams, do not alter amount of ingredients as it can stop them from setting and may cause jam to boil over.
- 3 1⁄2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice
- juice of one orange
- 2 teaspoon, orange zest
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, add to the bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine with the kneading paddle inserted and select the jam cycle (11), 2 lb. Loaf and press start. Check pan at 5 and 10 minutes to scrape down sides. When the cycle has finished, pour sauce into clean jars, allow to cool and keep refrigerated for up to 4-6 weeks or freeze.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
