French Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 1⁄3 cup warm water (80 degrees)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄8 teaspoon sugar
- 3 1⁄3 cup bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoon dry active yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, salt and sugar. On top add flour, make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 1.5 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
