French Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 1 3⁄4 cup warm water (80 degrees)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 1⁄2 cup bread flour
- 2 teaspoon dry active yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, salt and sugar. On top add flour, make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 2 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
