Italian Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, oil, salt and sugar. On top add flour, make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 1.5 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
