Italian Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 1 2⁄3 cups water
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 2⁄3 cups bread flour
- 2 2⁄3 teaspoon sugar
- 2 2⁄3 teaspoon active dry yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, oil, salt and sugar. On top add flour, make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 2 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
