Oatmeal Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 cup warm water (80 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2⁄3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, honey, butter and salt. Add flour, and oats making a small well, add yeast into well. Select multi grain cycle (6), 1.5 lb. Loaf, crust color of choice and press start. When cycle is complete, carefully remove from pan allowing to cool fully before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
