Parker Rolls 2-lb Loaf (24 Rolls)
- 1 cup warm milk (80 degrees F)
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine milk, butter, sugar and eggs. On top add flour, make a small well and put yeast in it. Select dough cycle 2 lb. Loaf and press start. When the dough cycle has completed remove all dough and turn out onto a floured service. Dividing dough into 24 portions and shaping into balls. Place balls into a 13"x9" baking dish, cover and allow to rise in a warm place, approximately 35-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover dish, and bake rolls in over for 14-17 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
