Potato Sandwich Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 2⁄3 Cup warm water (80 degrees)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Cups Bread Flour
- 2⁄3 cup Potato Flakes
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoon yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter, egg, sugar and salt. On top add flour and potato, making a small well for yeast and add into it. Select sandwich (7), 2 lb. Loaf and light baking option press start. When cycle complete, remove and allow to cool, before cutting with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
