Raisin Whole Wheat Bread 1.5-lb Loaf

  • 1 18 cup water
  • 1 12 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 12 tablespoon milk
  • 2 14 tablespoons sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 14 cups bread flour
  • 1 23 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 12 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 12 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 34 cup raisins

In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, add water, melted butter, milk, sugar and salt. On top of the liquids and all remaining ingredients except the raisins. Add these at the end of the last kneading cycle. Choose the Whole Wheat Option (3), 1.5 lb. Loaf, crust of choice. When bread has baked remove from pan, allow to cool and slice with a bread knife.

Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
