Rapid Rise Garlic Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 1 1⁄3 cup hot water, plus 2 tablespoons hot water ("hot water" should be 100 - 110 degrees F; hotter water is needed here to ensure faster rising)
- 2 2⁄3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 2⁄3 cloves minced garlic, sauteed until soft
- 2 2⁄3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 1⁄3 teaspoons dry active yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, oil, sugar, garlic and salt to bread pan, on top add flour and garlic powder and make a well for yeast. Add yeast. Choose rapid cycle (5), 2 lb. Loaf, medium crust and press start. When cycle as completed, remove loaf and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
