Rapid Rise White Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 cup hot water, plus 2 tablespoons hot water ("hot water" should be 100 - 110 degrees F; hotter water is needed here to ensure faster rising)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 4 1⁄2 teaspoons dry active yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter, sugar and salt to bread pan, on top add flour and make a well for yeast. Add yeast. Choose rapid cycle (5), 1.5 lb. Loaf loaf, medium crust and press start. When cycle as completed, remove loaf and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
