Raspberry Jam

**Note: When making jams, do not alter amount of ingredients as it can stop them from setting and may cause jam to boil over.

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 34 package of powdered pectin
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon or orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon or orange zest

If raspberries are frozen allow to thaw completely. Mash berries and add to the bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine. Top with remaining ingredients. Select jam cycle (11) 2 lb. Loaf and press start. When cycle is complete pour jam into clean jars, allow to cool and keep refrigerated for 6-8 weeks or freeze.

Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
