Rosemary Country Bread 1.5-lb Loaf

  • 1 12 cup warm water (80 degrees)
  • 1 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 12 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 12 teaspoons package active dry yeast

In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine butter, salt and sugar. On top of liquids add flour, rosemary and garlic. Make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 1.5 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.

Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
