Rosemary Country Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 2 cup warm water (80 degrees)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter, salt and sugar. On top add flour, rosemary and garlic. Make a small well and add yeast. Select French bread cycle (2), 2 lb. Loaf, and medium crust, press start. When timer goes off, carefully remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
