Rye Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 1⁄2 cups warm water (80 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2 3⁄4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dry yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter, sugar and salt. On top add flours and caraway seeds, make a small well and into it add the yeast. Select Multi-grain cycle (6), 1.5 lb. Loaf, crust color of choice and press start. When cycle is complete, carefully remove from pan allowing to cool fully before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
