Rye Bread 2-lb Loaf

• 1 ¹⁄₃ cups warm water (80 degrees)
• 2 ²⁄₃ tablespoons butter, melted
• ²⁄₃ cup brown sugar
• 1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons salt
• 1 ¹⁄₃ cup rye flour
• 2 ³⁄₄ cups bread flour
• 2 ²⁄₃ teaspoons caraway seeds
• 2 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons dry yeast

In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter, sugar and salt. On top add flours and caraway seeds, make a small well and into it add the yeast. Select Multi-grain cycle (6), 2 lb. Loaf, crust color of choice and press start. When cycle is complete, carefully remove from pan allowing to cool fully before slicing with a bread knife.
