Wheat Sandwich Bread 2-lb Loaf
- 1 1⁄3 cup warm water (80 degrees F)
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups wheat flour
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 2 Tablespoons, + 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, add water, butter, and salt. On top add everything but yeast. Make a small well and put the yeast in. Select the sandwich option(7),2 lb. Loaf and light baking option, press start. When machine beeps, remove and allow to cool, before cutting with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
