Whole Wheat Honey Bread 1.5-lb Loaf
- 2 1⁄4 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄8 cups warm water
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 2⁄3 teaspoons yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, butter , salt and honey. On top of that add the flour. Make a small well and add the yeast into that, keeping it from going directly into the water. Select the whole wheat setting (3), 1.5 lb. Loaf, and color of choice (light, medium or dark) and press start. When the timer goes off, remove bread and allow to cool before slicing with a bread knife.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
