Whole Wheat Pizza Dough 1.5-lb Loaf
- 1 cup warm water (80 degrees F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Add water and oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast
In bread pan of the Kuissential 2-lb Programmable Bread Machine, combine water, oil and salt. On top add flours. Make a small well for the yeast and add. Choose dough option (9) 1.5-lb Loaf and press start. When the timer goes off, remove dough. If using on a pizza stone, follow manufacturers instructions, for preheating oven. Stretch dough, top and bake. If using a pan, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease half sheet pan with olive oil and stretch dough over area pushing into corners. Top as desired and bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Kuissential Tip: Spray the breadmaker paddle with cooking spray to prevent dough from sticking!
